So for 9 months I have been suffering at a job which could be an absolute dream job. However - I was hired at a low level, despite 15 years of experience; I have a lousy title; I am not allowed to make independent decisions just execute what HQ tells me; I have an annoying colleague whose work I constantly review; I am building up the entire department and fixing my colleague’s mistakes from years ago (so much work!). A recruiter emailed me with a job opening. Should I look I to it? Or should I wait to get my bonus (February) before I start looking elsewhere? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
