Can you teach DCs to be easy going? I have two kids. One (younger) is easy going; the older one is not. tia [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

No. It's temperament. But you can exacerbate or temper their temperament by the way you model behavior. [ Reply | More ]

This exactly. They come into this world a certain way. You can only attempt to encourage the good traits and teach them coping skills/modifications for the more problematic ones. I have 3 kids; 2 are pretty laid back and one is an anxious, high strung perfectionist. [ Reply | More ]
