My DH was married before we met; he had an affair while with his first wife and left for the OW, it didn't last. It's been ten years and we've been together for 7. I've never met the OW or really thought about her-- until she and her family moved into our neighborhood. I adamantly avoid NBPC because she lives there but she's turning into my ghost: when curiosity gets the best of me, I'll google her or look at her family's IG page. Haven't brought this up to DH yet because quite honestly I'm wondering if he still has feelings for her. WWYD? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I'm sure he'll always have some sort of feelings for her- negative and positive, but something went wrong because it obviously didn't last. I've come to the conclusion that if someone is going to cheat, they're going to cheat. But try to stop focusing on her, live your life. It is annoying that she moved into your neighborhood, agreed. We live in BPC so it's not so crazy to think that a family would move here, plus her DH works with several large companies in the area-- so I get it; it's not like she moved right next door. We've had very shallow convos about it like, 'I think I saw her/that location in her pic looks really familiar' but nothing beyond that. [ Reply | More
