I've never noticed that. It's once a day, so just take it in the early evening and see what happens [ Reply | More ]

Some allergy meds have the opposite reaction for me, FYI. Like Claritin keeps me wired and awake (can’t take it at night). Zyrtec has no effect on my sleep/sleepiness whatsoever. So maybe best bet is take it on a weekend, not necessarily close to bedtime. [ Reply | More ]

Doesn’t make me drowsy. I take one each morning. [ Reply | More ]

It has different effects on different people, like anything. Don't try anything for the first time where you need to be awake or have your wits about you. [ Reply | More ]

zyrtec makes me a bit drowsy (and hungry). (that said, allergies make me exhausted so the zyrtec is a bit better. If i need it, i take it at night. allegra and claritin don't. flonase is helpful. [ Reply | More ]

Not supposed to, but I do. Very lethargic rather than sleepy. [ Reply | More ]
