Would you buy a house in the burbs without a bathtub? There are 2 showers. I'm not a huge taker of baths and my kids mostly take showers these days, but not having the option would bug me. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Technically, there is a half tub on the 3rd floor which is a converted attic space. Big enough for a baby or toddler-but who wants to drag their kid up to the 3rd floor to take bath. It would not fit the smallest adult. [ Reply | More

No. No room for a tub means very small bathrooms so in addition to not having a full bath vs 3/4 baths, the baths you would have would be tiny which people don’t want in the burbs. [ Reply | More

different strokes for different folks. DH loves baths. For me, there's about 5 minutes when the temp is just right when it's nice. Then it's either too hot or too cold, and I just don't like sitting around in water that much. [ Reply | More
