I think it’s called EFT and it involves tapping on your body to deal with anxiety and other issues. I had a friend who was studying it and I did a session with her and really liked it. I tend to be very wary of that kind of thing but found the physical tapping to actually help with anxiety. [ Reply | More ]

I'm ahead of the game there. I do yoga several times a week and walk about 3 miles a day. I find that is much better for me than high intensity classes. [ Reply | More ]
