It's interesting how you can know so much about movies & music that came well before you, but when it comes to stuff that comes after you, you pay so much less attention. I was flipping through People Magazine in a waiting room and realized I don't know who most of those people even are. And the people I do recognize are basically getting the "old people" treatment. I went to a smaller private high school (graduated about 100) and knew everyone who was a few years older than me but no one younger than me. I now live in an adjacent town and occasionally meet people who say we went to high school together but they were younger and I have no memory of them. [ Reply | More

There have been so many great movies over the years. I can't even begin to count the number of films I personally like/liked. This morning I thought of "The Legend of Billy Jean" and "Tank Girl."
