Can't find anything higher than 12mg, which doesn't keep me asleep. Do you know if they have a higher mg? [ Reply | More ]

You could always take more than one ? Or, alternatively it helps to take it earlier. Like an hour before bed. [ Reply | More ]

Interesting. Looks like someone capitalized on using ice packs for your head. I have been doing this for my migraines when I cannot get out of bed, I keep flexible gel icepacks in my fridge, they do the trick cooling your head down. [ Reply | More ]

Depends on what the cause of insomnia is. For non-anxiety type of insomnia I prefer melatonin, for anxiety/panic type of insomnia I prefer prescription anti-anxiety, regular sleep aids just make me tired, but don't calm me to allow me to sleep. [ Reply | More ]

Simply sleep, half a dosage. Don’t need it to help me fall asleep but to stay asleep. So many years of kid wake ups so I wake up early even though they don’t anymore. When I’ve gone away without kids I don’t need anything, I think I’m just more alert with them around [ Reply | More ]

I just bought the Natural Calm magnesium powder yesterday and took it for the first time last night. I heard it’s supposed to promote sleep and help with restless legs. Start with a low dosage, I heard it can give you the poops. I took half a teaspoon mixed with warm water. I slept 6 hours straight. [ Reply | More ]

no. its a slippery slope. there are better ways to help you sleep, unless you had a major trauma recently. No screens 1 hr before bed, low lights, no caffiene in afternoon. get up at same time every day. if i have caffiene after 2:00, i cant fall asleep at 11pm. also, exercise will knock you out [ Reply | More ]
