No, that's the thing. I SAH but it's not a stretch financially, so I'm not sure how that would impact me. But I have a burning desire to stay home and not one to work. I would probably do a lot with the financials before I had to go back to work when the kids are little. [ Reply | More

barely making it in the current economic climate would scare me. Depending on what you do, it could take a while to get a job--I'd update my resume, put some feelers out and see what I could get. [ Reply | More

The thing is my DH has a very secure job with lots of back up benefits etc. so I guess he's not as concerned as I am. We are very fortunate on that end but just wish it paid more! [ Reply | More
