The Swedish Institute is hosting its bi-annual Pre and Perinatal workshop and there is still room for mothers-to-be to participate in the free massage practicum. Participants should be in their 14th week or more and have a low risk pregnancy without complication. Women will receive a prenatal massage from a licensed massage therapist studying under the supervision of a nationally recognized specialist in prenatal massage, Carole Osborne Sheets. The practicum will be held on Wednesday, August 27 from 12:00pm-1:30 or from 1:45-3:00pm If you are interested please email Daniella at ce@swedishinstitute.edu, with your name, contact info and appointment time preference.
