WWYD? I work for a very well regarded preschool in NJ I have worked there for 8 yrs and am well liked by the parents most of the staff. I have had a few disgreements with my supervisor but nothing major. At 18 mo my ds began attending the school having my supervisor as his teacher she was a bit crictal of him wanting him speaking full clear sentences but by the end of year things seemed to be coming together. This past school year was a terrible. She complained nonstop about ds coming into my classroom if he took work from a friend or peed himself. my ds began acting up so she said he needed an eval. I took him to the district child study team and they loved ds said they saw no need to eval. School may not let him back in w/o eval wtf [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

your supervisor sucks, i think she/he is being unfair to your ds and your ds can feel it, he knows he is being picked on and he is now acting up, i'm so so so sorry this is happening [ Reply | More

district sees that it is a sticky situtaion and wants to be out of it. i was simply honest in my answering of questions. ds is well behaved at home- district offered to do an on site observation if problems come up in ds's new classroom. [ Reply | More
