I'm doing something wrong at the gym, set the treadmill on incline of 3.0 and speed 2.0 - 3.0. I do 3 sets of 10 mins increasing the incline and speed as I go, then some weight machines that work the back, arms, crunches. I do stretch but I'm so sore I have to take a day off inbetween workouts and advil. Any tips? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
