I am 41 & have gained some weight in the past yr & for the first time it has all gone right to my middle. Why? Now I am doing ab exercises & working out, but what else would you do? I had twins 3.5 yrs ago, does that make it easier for fat to go to my belly? AAArgh. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Pilates won't burn the fat--you have to do cardio and lots of it. Building muscle will help boost your metabolism, but you won't lose the fat without cardio. [ Reply | More ]

Lots of cardio - ab exercises won't help until you burn away the fat [ Reply | More ]
