dh friends with a married co-worker. she is good looking but then again so am i (whatever dont crucify me). do i have right to tell him to stop being friends with her. i think yes. married men dont need female friends. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

a dh: You have a right to tell him how you feel. He has a right to behave like an adult. This includes making adult decisions, like who his friends are. If the man you married is trustworthy -- you need to trust him. If not -- you both need to work on this. (I would add though, do you think he should have a right to veto who your friends are?) My husband is friends with all sorts of women, always has been. He is a great guy who is quite clear that he wants me and only me. I can't imagine objecting to him having a friend of any sex, color, religion... That's just juvenile. [ Reply | More
