we do; adds a lot of $$ but felt we had to bc I am an attn and was paranoid about not doing it but has been worth it because it helped our nanny get her citizenship and now it will help her get her family to be able to come over and I think she really really appreciates that. [ Reply | More

My DW and I are looking for a nanny now and want to be on the books. But we're having a hard time figuring out what the going-rate is: when somebody says that they pay their nanny $600/wk or $15/hr, I assume that they mean pre-tax and off the books. But that's an insane amount of $$ per year. What do you guys pay? [ Reply | More
