I hate full baths on the first floor of a home. Icky to see a shower/bath in the public space of a home. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

well, we have one, but I wouldn't call it "public space" -- it's next to the laundry room, and is ensuite with my dh's home office (was intended as a nanny's room, but we don't have a nanny, so made it an office). We have two powder rooms on the first floor, one of which is intended for guests. But agree would be odd to have guests using full bathroom. [ Reply | More
