my nanny asked for an extra week off. i told her it is ok, but it will have to be unpaid. she already has two paid weeks off....one she picks and one we pick in addition to other paid days when we are away. do you think that was the right thing to say? i feel really bad. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
