Just bought the Deceptively Delicious cookbook as I am desperate to get my 4 y/o ds to eat fruits and vegs. Anyone use the book and had success with certain recipes? Other ones flop? Any BTDT advice would be appreciated. Thanks. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

np: thank you, thank you. I was just about to post that. I hate the whole idea of those sneaky cookbooks. OP--listen to this poster. Get Child of Mine by Satter. It's a great book and will help a lot. [ Reply | More ]

I got both books. The sweet potato pancakes were a huge hit. I started making popsicles with the mushed veggies. They were my greatest success. My kid loves them. I use alternate using sweet potato, spinach, white bean, cauliflower and carrots with bananas, yogurt, and berry puree. [ Reply | More ]
