5-y.o. DC's day camp ending tomorrow. Do you tip head teachers and counselors? Do you tip outside the classroom too, such as swim, gym, science and art counselors? That would add 8 more people to the 5 in the classroom! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

My kids are not old enough for camp yet. However, when my brother and I went to camp, my parents tipped counselors. I can't imagine that times have changed that much in the money department (except for how much you tip). I don't think you should feel obligated every counselor. If dc really enjoyed the science class and really liked that specific teacher then tip him or her too. [ Reply | More
