i am hiring waitstaff for a party this weekend. i orinally wanted 5 people. this includes 2 bartenders and 3 people to pass and serve food. well i cancelled one of the bartenders. i decided to hire another bartender who i felt could best make the type of drinks being served (martinis). anyway my contact for the first group sent me an email stating the revised price plus a $25 flat fee if they had to provide any assistance to the other bartender, i.e. stock glasses and get ice. wtf????? i am paying them to work the entire EVENT, not portions of it. not sure how to handle.
