I wasn't calling teachers underachievers. i was saying that FA often amounts to hiring MC familes who are well educated, often in good privates themselves, but who are now underachievers, but still want expensive private schools for their dcs, for the wealthy kids to have a diverse experience. np; I don't know every single FA family, but I can tell you that the ones I know didn't go to private schools (though many did go to good colleges) and are not underachievers. WEll, not on purpose anyway. Just bec you graduated from a good college doesn't mean you can be a hedgefund manager or investment banker. Most grads end up having regular jobs and they're not considered underachievers. [ Reply | More
