Does your dc's school have a book fair? How does it work, new books or used? Who are they sold to and is the point to donate them somewhere or raise money for the school? TIA [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

yes, it works through some publisher, sold to parents, point to raise money for school. parents can buy and donate books in their kids' names to library or classes [ Reply | More ]

they do have a fair wher eyou can donate stuff. the only hitch about donations is that they can be iffy. like, let my dh donate his 1987 book about baseball prospects. it can work, but you need to be specific about what you can and will accept and what you will refuse [ Reply | More ]
