Lately my 2.5 yo is so zonked by 6pm from being out in the heat, playing with friends, etc. that he's been eating in front of Sesame Street most nights because he's just too wiped to sit at the table and concentrate. I can break this habit by the end of summer, right? I feel bad, but on the other hand, I hate to see him miserable at the table and he doesn't eat anything that way. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

this is with a nap--usually 1.5-2 hours. I just feel like he's had so much stimulation during the day he needs down time. It's all good stuff, but I feel like he's sort of become adult in that way--works hard all day, needs to unwind alone in the evening. [ Reply | More ]
