OP --- I felt great after a half hour on the treadmill, did some weight work then another 10 minutes on the TM. Thanks for the encouragement ;) [ Reply | More ]

good for you! Keep at it - stretch a bit before workout, then in the middle (before and after weights) and again at the end. And drink a LOT of water [ Reply | More ]
