What's a good increase for a beloved Nanny? She's coming up on her year, does a fantastic job. She's currently getting 600 a week plus 150 a month (ear marked for health insurance) and a monthly metro card (81). Her hours are generally 8:30-6/6:30 and if she stays latter than that i'll give her a little extra. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
