If my husband treated me with as much love and kindness as he treats our daughters, I would be the happiest wife on the planet. I guess if playing 2nd fiddle to my children is my lot in life, it's better than it being another woman. *Sigh* [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Yes still together always very much in love but the competition was horrible for my relationship with my mother. She was jealous, it ate at her and mad life very difficult. Now that we are both adults it is a non issue but it made for some very dicey times. Children need to feel that they are children, loved unconditionally by both parents and to be faced with the realization of adult female jealousy issues is very very damaging [ Reply | More

yea- we are over it now. he was a little ashamed but I understand he was king then baby made three. We just had our 2 ds and that has helped even things out plus I make extra effort to make time for dh and tell him I love him more. Emails notes silly romantic stuff [ Reply | More
