Jury duty: my husband is a stay-at-home dad and is called for duty in NYC tomorrow. I'm taking our dd to work with me. What's the likelyhood he'll get exempt? What should he bring to prove he's a sahd? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

did you read the summons? if you are asking about nyc all he has to do is send the summons back with a copy of dd birth certificate and a letter stating that he is the primary care giver. it is the care givers excuse. just read the summons and send it in [ Reply | More ]
