We just moved to Japan. I'm now in the process of registering kids for school. My dh wants our 4 yr old to attend a Japanese preschool instead of attending an American program. I don't think this is for the best. He is very bright but is a terrible speaker. I can barely understand him. What would you do? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I think some of the teachers speak a little english. I understand my dh wanted a bilingual child but I think it would be very hard for him. [ Reply | More
