avocado. you can make a vegetable soup and feed him the soup and let him have chunks of vegetables as finger foods. you can throw in barley or rice later on. [ Reply | More ]

We did so many veggies and fruits--we had to avoid wheat eggs and dairy until 1yo for poss. family allergies. mango, blueberries, raspberries, steamed pears and apples, steamed broccoli, zucchini, squash and asparagus, sweet potatoes. Just break it all up into "baby sized" bits or whatever size you are comfortable with. I also feed dd bits of chicken apple sausage (no skin) and she loves it. I don't think it has any of those three in it. Good luck, very frustrating, but there really is still a lot out there, just think whole food, not boxed/processed. [ Reply | More ]
