Ds is taking the ERBs tomorrow. Give me the codes: When they say you have a spirited boy, that means he won't sit down and listen. What else? I'd love to know what anyone said to you and what you think that meant. Thanks. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

My dc was spirited according to report (wonderfully spirited, though). Got 99x3. Accepted at 2 tts. [ Reply | More ]

Spirited could mean exuberant and chatty. Not nec'ly misbehaving. Unable to focus or having to be redirected is bad. Not a deal breaker, but mention about poor fine motor skills/pencil grip or poor separation doesn't help. [ Reply | More ]

"Benefited from" is generally bad. Benefited from redirection, benefited from having the instructions re-explained, benefited from being offered a break and a cookie, etc. [ Reply | More ]

I no longer live in nyc, and this stuff sounds so absurd to me now with some distance. Isn't this living in a total pressure cooker? [ Reply | More ]
