Prepare breakfast in advance, french toast bake or egg & sausauge bake that you can prepare the night before. Have the kids make pizzas -have dough, sauce (easy from a jar) toppings. It'll occupy them & feed them. Lots of movies. [ Reply | More ]

They are staying in your home? I'd probably BBQ on Friday night, serve quiches I bought premade/grapes & watermellon/bakery danish for bfst, go out for the day to a fun destination or do a pizza lunch and make DH figure out dinner Sat. night (mine would bring in catered Mexican), out to favorite bfast place on Sunday morning. ^^^for bbq I'd do hot dogs for kids and steaks for adults, salad, baked potatoes, corn (there is almost no prepwork involved). You can buy salsa, guacamole, etc for appetizer. [ Reply | More ]
