PG and just learned our new neighbor will be moving into her condo with a pit bull. I am due in Nov and that is when she will be moving in. Her dog has always lived in a home with a yard and will now be in a condo full time. I know nothing about the dog, but am extremely uncomfortable at the prospect. I don't want to find out too late that there is a problem. Our outdoor spaces are adjacent and would provide easy access if the dog were inclined, we also share an elevator and exterior hallway space. I am considering going to the HOA and requesting the dog not be allowed in the building. What would you do? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

This is why I prefer CO-OPs over condos. Much more control over who brings in what to the building as far as pets are concerned. [ Reply | More

Pit bulls are loving dogs who, due to their exreme loyalty, are able to be trained as killers but only if the owners are doing that. Most don't. Pit bulls are very sweet, relax. and FWIW, stop acting so entitled. Just because you are pg does not mean the world STOPS [ Reply | More
