Anyone else have a bad experience delivering at NYU recently? Everything worked out okay, thankfully, but not b/c of the hospital. I labored to 9 cm. in the waiting room (not even triaged). I was literally grunting and squatting when my doc and nurse finally got me into a room. Obviously too late for an epidural and also too late to do IV antibiotics for Strep B. How can this happen in a NYC hosp? DB and I were totally fine, btw. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

yikes, when did this happen? I am delivering there is about 1 month and the "baby factory" thing is what worries me (delivered my other 2 at St. Vincent's) [ Reply | More
