Booked a trip to WDW and leave next Monday! DH and I are taking DD who will soon be two... no flaming please, I need advice- we bought DD a seat on plane... must we bring the car seat or can she sit in seat on her own? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I guess this is the more sane response. My dd would fall asleep as soon as she was strapped into her car seat...often before takeoff. But if you kid hates his seat, then that would be a no-go [ Reply | More

i wouldn't bring a carseat, it's a bulky piece of luggage. dvd player, w/new dvds, new books, new toys, MUST. and snax. can you try to time it so dd ends up snoozing thru the flight? [ Reply | More

your DD will be more comfortable if you take the carseat and is more likely to sleep (and is used to being strapped in). not such a big deal to get it to the gate IMO-- can hang it off the stroller handles and gate check the stroller at the gate [ Reply | More
