my 8mo has been bottle fed (some breastmilk) since birth and he's using avent slow flow 2 nipple. i thought he's old enough for medium flow 3 when he was about 6m, so i bought one, but the flow was too fast and he'd have milk drooling out of his mouth, so i kept him on 2. should i see about changing him up to 3 now? or is it fine to keep him on 2 for as long as he takes a bottle? i dont see signs that he's uncomfortable. he takes about 10 - 15 min to finish a bottle.
