ds - almost 3 - peed and pooped in the potty today (maybe the 3rd time ever) - what's the next step? do i just put him in undies and take him to the potty all the time? i have heard it's best to keep him naked (not sure why)- help....would love to get this going...tia [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

congratulations! was it his idea to use the potty or did you suggest it to him? i wouldn't switch into underwear yet...all that'll happen is that he'll have a lot of accidents. [ Reply | More

i would think so. i think putting him into underwear is a lot of pressure. i'd sooner he get used to using the toilet and then moving him out of diapers. [ Reply | More
