I'm am going to lay down the law with pt nanny for when she watches dc who is 18 months old. Another mom told us some things that our nanny was doing and we do not approve. Aside from being on the same page as us using the same approach as to how we talk to her when we say no to her etc., allowing our child to explore more and that means you being right behind her, and to engage with her more, what am i leaving out? nanny use to engage with her a lot, but i think she has gotten a bit too comfortable.
