I always found that it was better to give more money on a weekly basis then to pay extra for nannies lunch and commute - I would make this clear up front. Quite frankly, I would feel like she was pocketing the lunch money and that would annoy me. I always told her to make a list of food she wanted in the house for lunch and/or breakfast. This was 2 years ago, I have since stopped working. [ Reply | More ]
