Ipod theft mom here (for the backstory, search "Ipod"). Had the two mothers and one of the perpetrators down to my apt. for a little chat. One kid flatly denied it, then contradicted herself. It was very uncomfortable. The other kid is being "spoken to" (read: ripped a new one) by her mother tonight. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

One of the mothers (the mother of the kid who contradicted herself) seemed like she was trying to say her daughter would NEVER do such a thing (never mind that the IPod was at her house charging). I'm going to let the mothers hash this out between themselves on this one, get the stories straight. All I needed to know was that the second kid had the IPod in her possession, which has been confirmed. I hope she doesn't throw it away out of fear. [ Reply | More
