my 3 year old son is obsessed with princesses. Ariel, Snow White, Belle, you name it. We got him a princess castle (melissa and doug) for his birthday and he was in heaven, but my mom thought that was "a bit much". He doesn't want to DRESS like Ariel, (he says "mom, I'm a BOY") but he does like to wear his Ariel towel around his waist and call it his dress. Normal? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

that's what we're doing, but we're wondering if we should simply indulge him--it's been this way for about 8 months, he only wants princess books, we bought him a princess backpack, etc etc. He's obsessed LOL. np: those ppl that think it's weird are insecure and idiots. These are probably the same ppl who think boys shouldn't cry, boys don't do anything like a girl,ect.
