for the past few weeks, 3.5 yo wakes up in pain screaming his legs hurt 2-3x/week. Lasts about 15 minutes and it passes. Asked dr about it and she said he might be dehydrated which doesn't really make a lot of sense (he drinks a fair amt). Anyone else's child experience this? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

my legs used to ache when I got overtired. The only thing that helped was lying on my back with my legs straight up (propped up against the back of the couch for example) We decided it was growing pains [ Reply | More

Ask to have his hips x-rayed. Leg pain is often referred pain from a hip issue. Can be a very small fracture in hip or leg. Worth having x-rayed [ Reply | More
