Need legal advice. Have a business plan: start an online calendar / schedule keeping site. Would be free for users, but I would make the data available to advertisers, so that they could advertise to people based on their interests, plans, calendar entries, etc. Any legal reason not to do this with the info, and am I required to notify users? No flames, am not looking for moral opinions. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

you need to let them know. i'm not sure this is such a great plan if that is all it is - there are already a lot of tools out there that are more integrated and/or are more powerful [ Reply | More ]

Here's my idea for an invention like this. A digital wall calendar that is tied into outlook. You can divide each day into as many slots for as many people in the family that you have. The slots would be color coded with each person getting their own color. And you can email in appointments using outlook. It's a bit oversized and hangs on the wall. Not totally sure what you do about a keyboard... maybe one of those remote keyboards and a stylus. [ Reply | More ]
