I was thinking of starting a preschool just for boys. I love their energy and worry they are being treated unfairly. Do you think there would be takers? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

np: there are plenty of schools that allow kids to be energetic w/out "crushing their spirits." you actually sound very sexist that you think only boys are the only ones with energy or spirit. if you want your kids to run wild with no structure then keep your kids at home. [ Reply | More

you are very right I shouldn't assume that I have 2 boys so I guess that's why I feel that way. When I think back to my preschool classes actually the active girls stick out in my mind more. They won't have faired well with some teachers either. [ Reply | More

It's a cute idea. Funny though, at DD's preschool the ones going like gangbusters are all the girls. It's a co-op and the boys all stay very close to their moms and play quietly w/ trucks or in the sand. The girls are the ones squealing, getting naked, splashing, running around, mixing it up.
