GMAIL question- i need to "file away" all the inbox emails and i was told that i can label them but cannot create folders. but even if i label, the msgs all stay in my inbox. i want to clear my inbox and file away emails. how do i do that with labeling? HELP!!! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

archive the email after labeling. you will be able to retrieve by clicking on archive at the left side and pull up all the emails with that label [ Reply | More ]
