np: that's a lot for a small apt in manhattan but many ppl overcharge because it's manhattan. My lady charges $15 and hr and takes 3-4 hrs. My sis lives in an affluent area in LI and pays $100 for a 3500sq ft home. [ Reply | More

$100 for 1400 sqft and she does laundry. it's a bit high, but she's eebn with us for 10+ years, needs very little direction and comes in from far away now. I think $85 is probably more the norm. [ Reply | More
