i do work full time. i have a 5 1/2yr old, a 2 1/2 yrs old and the baby is 4mos old. we have a great nanny. we all just make it work. my dh, nanny and i all actually make an effort to spend one on one time with all of them as best we can. #1 and #2 have their moments where they seem jealous about the attention someone else is getting, but i think thats natural. when we had our 2nd, our 1st had her moments too. we just try really hard to make sure everyone gets some alone time me and dh, even if its just to go to the grocery store. not really. We have three kids in a 2BR apartment. This is sufficient until the oldest hits the teenager years. The kids share our relatively large bedroom and we crammed our bed into the tiny second BR. It works just fine. [ Reply | More
