help -finding adjustment hard -- our nanny was amazing from 4mos to 3 y/o for DS #1. But we had #2 and she's spending all her time so far ignoring #1 and rocking #2 when she cld put him down in his crib -- suggestions? I have to go back to work and I'm worried for #1. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

talk with her about including #1 more, and making sure he isn't ignored - if she's so fantastic she will adjust. Remember that a new baby is probably exciting for her too. Also, she might be more of an "infant" nanny, in which case you might need to look for a new one [ Reply | More ]
