I love mine. We got it at BBB and it did take that long. We did custom pick finish and fabric though. I thought it was just like ordering upholstered furniture -- that's just how long it takes. I do recommend paying the extra for the stain treatment. We did -- ours is sage green and seems indestructible. [ Reply | More

yes, mine took 12! and fwiw, i think if you get the fully upholstered rocker with ottomon (and not the ones with the wood showing) it looks very nice and is super comfy for rocking with baby. [ Reply | More
