My son was diagnosed with PDD today. Anyone try the gluten-free diet with success for PDD? Any suggestions? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Sorry to hear of your son's diagnosis. A friend whose son had mild-autism reported that the gluten-free diet helped alleviate many of his GI symptoms but not his austistic symptoms. This was a few years ago, and he is still on a modified gluten-free diet. [ Reply | More ]

Gluten-free is a big PITA. I understand the "try everything" approach, but everything is upended anyway. OP is right to investigate this first. [ Reply | More ]

he's almost 18 months (1 week shy) and in the past few days i've noticed considerable increases in toe walking and blank staring. It's beginning to worry me [ Reply | More ]
