posted before about neighbor cutting down my tree. i saw them cutting it down on my property and when the cop came he said i couldn't file trespassing charges because HE didn't see them on my property. is this true??? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

You can go after them for damages. Did you take pictures? (If not take them now!) Oh and what kind of douchebag comes on their neighbors property and cuts down the neighbor's tree? [ Reply | More ]
